課程大綱
從初學到工作水平
教學語言： 英語及廣東話
適合： 運用大數據及AI提昇職場發展 ; 入行成為數據分析師或數據工程師
- 從基本語法開始學習編寫程式，到運用進階工具如 Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn 處理表格, 數組及圖像。
- 運用 IDE 及 AI 工具加強編程能力，包括以 PyCharm 創建虛擬環境運行程式 (anaconda, virtualenv)，透過 Github, Gitlab 進行共同編程及版本控制，AI 工具如 ChatGPT 幫助程式除錯及 Code Interpreter 進行 Copilot。
- 運用 SQL 如 PostgreSQL, Spark SQL 建立、修改、篩選及排列數據，透過 joins, union 組合不同表格 ，並進行聚合計算如 max, min, group by。
- 學習不同的數據存儲如 database, data warehouse, data lake。認識熱門數據庫如 Big Query, MySQL, MongoDB。
- 運用 command-line 介面導航和管理電腦環境。掌握基本 command、文件管理、代碼編寫和自動化。
- 運用熱門視覺化工具如 Power BI, Tableau 連接數據管道自動導入數據，並透過拖放方式建立 dashboard 呈現數據分析結果。
核心訓練 (2個月)
- 運用熱門機器學習模型如 k-means clustering, XGBoost, logistic regression 進行客戶群分類及情感分析，學習熱門機器學習工具 scikit-learn。
- 運用統計學模型 ARIMA 及 regression models 進行產品庫存與銷售預測，學習統計學工具 statsmodels。
- 運用深度學習算法如 neural network 處理聲音，文字及圖像，學習工具如 PyTorch, Tensorflow。
- 探索大型語言模型 (LLM) 的原理和實際用例，例如 BERT、LLaMA、Hugging Face 和其他生成式人工智能技術。使用 VectorDB 和 Langchain 等工具建立數據應用程式。
- 運用雲計算 GCP, AWS, Azure，配合 Flask, API provision, AWS Sagemaker 等工具部署機器學習模型成為網上服務。認識如何透過 Docker, AWS ECS 把程式容器化提高部署彈性。
- 學習 Delta Lake、Data Explorer 等 Databricks SQL 服務，並在 Lakehouse 中使用 SQL 完成數據工作。為 Databricks 數據分析師證書考試做好準備。
- 目標證書: Databricks Certified Data Analyst - Associate
加強訓練 (3星期)
- 了解機器學習決策流程，包括 EDA、特徵工程、模型優化、評估和選擇等，透過 Databricks 使用 Spark ML 和其他工具大規模擴展機器學習解決方案。為 Databricks 機器學習證書考試做好準備。
- 目標證書: Databricks Certified Machine Learning - Associate
