在6個月兼職課程，我們會分四大部份為你裝備入行所需的技能: 在基礎部份，你會學習數據工程師必備的編程工具及數據知識 ; 在核心部份，我們會透過四大個案讓你模擬運用所學到職場工作上 ; 在加強訓練部份，你會深入訓練數據工程技能及準備專業證書考試 ; 最後在就業支援部份，我們會訓練你通過入職考核的技巧。我們的目標是讓你在完成課程後開始數據工程工作。

課程大綱
從初學到工作水平
教學語言： 英語及廣東話
適合： 入行成為數據工程師或在現時工作上運用大數據，重點運用數據工程技能
- 從基本語法開始學習編寫程式，到運用進階工具如 Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn 處理表格, 數組及圖像。運用 BeautifulSoup, Selenium 等工具與網頁進行互動及收集數據。
- 運用 IDE 及 AI 工具加強編程能力，包括以 PyCharm 創建虛擬環境運行程式 (anaconda, virtualenv)，透過 Github, Gitlab 進行共同編程及版本控制，AI 工具如 ChatGPT 幫助程式除錯及 Code Interpreter 進行 Copilot。
- 學習 command line 操作包括以 gcloud CLI 及 AWS CLI 連接雲服務或遙距控制虛擬電腦 (virtual machines)，以 SSH 協議與遙距伺服器建立安全連結，並控制檔案及文件的訪問權限以加強網絡安全。
- 學習不同的數據存儲如 database, data warehouse, data lake。運用 SQL 如 PostgreSQL, Spark SQL 建立、修改、篩選及排列數據，透過 joins, union 組合不同表格 ，並進行聚合計算如 max, min, group by。認識熱門數據庫如 Big Query, MySQL, MongoDB。
- 運用熱門視覺化工具如 Power BI, Tableau 連接數據管道自動導入數據，並透過拖放方式建立 dashboard 呈現數據分析結果。
核心部份 (2個月）
- 運用 資料管理平台 (DMP) 收集與整理客戶資料，配合 Google Analytics , Google Ads 了解客戶行為模式。把不同客戶群資料導入 Databricks 進行數據處理及分析，學習 Databricks SQL 服務如 Delta Lake, Data Explorer 及在 Lakehouse 使用 SQL 完成數據工作。了解數據優化處理工具如 Hadoop, Hive, Spark，以及如何建立 cron 排程工作。
- 運用熱門機器學習模型如 k-means clustering, XGBoost, logistic regression 進行客戶群分類及情感分析，學習熱門機器學習工具 scikit-learn。
- 運用統計學模型 ARIMA 及 regression models 進行產品庫存與銷售預測，學習統計學工具 statsmodels。
- 運用雲計算 GCP, AWS, Azure，配合 Flask, API provision, AWS Sagemaker 等工具部署機器學習模型成為網上服務。認識如何透過 Docker, AWS ECS 把程式容器化提高部署彈性。
加強訓練 (30小時)
- 運用 Databricks 的數據工程工具如 Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog 建立數據管道以導入及轉換不同格式的數據 (CSV, JSON)，管理數據儲存結構，安排工作排程及數據治理。學習運用 Airflow 安排數據工作排程，透過雲服務如 AWS EKS, GCP GKE 以 Kubernetes 管理及操作容器化程式。
